****Located at the Landing at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, Sheepscot River Cruises, with the canopy covered, first fully electric Coast Guard certified vessel in Maine, will inspire you on the river waterways. With a licensed, local captain as your guide, you will see what our beautiful area has to offer. You’ll have a relaxing time on this one-hour cruise with the sights and sounds of the picturesque land and island coastlines. Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens comprises 295 acres of tidal shoreland. The cruise schedule will be staggered into three groups for our participants.
****The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is comprised of exquisite gardens, dramatic and compelling natural landscape—including nearly a mile of tidal saltwater frontage—make it ever-changing, endlessly captivating and thoroughly unique. The Gardens presents limitless potential to inspire learning about natural history, habitats, botany, horticulture and ecological connections. As the largest botanical garden in New England, the Gardens comprises 295 acres, 17 of which are gardens featuring native plants of Maine and other plants suited to northern coastal conditions.
****On this great trip we will have 4 hours in which our group will get the chance to explore the Botanical Gardens on a self-guided tour, take one of the three scheduled times for the cruise and to enjoy lunch on the grounds. Lunch can be purchased on your own on site or you may pack a lunch. -****The Market on-site offers grab-and-go lunches from wraps to salads, drinks, and organic and locally produced snacks daily.-- Keep in mind, if you pack a lunch you will want a bag/ice pack that is easy for you to carry with you for the duration of the stay as the bus will be locked.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
