Old Skool Recess

Old Skool Recess is great way for adults (18+) to get their steps in, bring the fun back in to exercising, and get inspired to exercise this winter!
Each week will start with a dynamic warm up and then get the groups heart rate up with some exciting old skool gym/recess fun. This may include tag games, relays, group challenges, team games, and parachute games. The program aims to keep everyone moving for the 75 minutes and inspire the group to push each other to the max in a cooperative and nurturing environment.
This program is open to all fitness and health levels. Sign up on your own or reach out to some old skool friends, and get active with Kennebunk Parks & Recreation Department.
