As the weather gets colder the excitement continues to heat up! This program is filled with TOUCHDOWNS for everyone! We will teach/review basic football rules and skills through drills and games. We will be using a foam Nerf Football for all games. All participants will get a NFL mini helmet each week. Players should bring their own water bottle and their own mouth guard (we will have extra mouth guards available on day of for a $5 fee).
